One of the most significant projects undertaken by Spice Energy is a 2.5 mmtpa LNG station being established in Haldia, India. It is the first LNG terminal on India’s eastern coast and will cater to the growing energy needs of the region.

The LNG station site is very strategically located giving us a strong competitive advantage. The site for the terminal has already been acquired and gives direct access to the extensive market in the hinterland, riverside and the port at Haldia. It also offers direct unloading and has the capacity to treble the current tonnage in the future. The infrastructure created here offers the possibility for future export and downstream activities here as well.
