Gagan Rastogi Chief Executive Officer, Spice Metals and Minerals   Mr. Gagan Rastogi is the Chief Executive Officer of Spice Minerals and Metals (Spice M&M), a role in which he is responsible for identifying opportunities and executing deals to acquire and develop mineral assets for Spice M&M. Through Mr. Rastogi’s own family business - Chemimpex International – he has been heavily involved in developing and running business activities for the manufacturing, trading, marketing and distribution of chemicals in India and overseas. The business currently owns two chemical manufacturing units in Mumbai, India, which produce a number of laboratory-use products. The business also has another manufacturing unit in Noida, India, that manufactures printed circuit boards and solar panels. Mr. Rastogi has also held the position of Managing Director at Norita Global Ltd., where he was involved in setting up trading operations in mineral fibers between Russia, India and Sri Lanka. He has also been involved in setting up and managing businesses for the marketing of nanotechnology-based engine regeneration additives from the Ukraine. Prior to returning to India after his graduate studies in the US, Mr. Rastogi was a Senior Network Analyst with Network Strategy Partners, LLC., a role in which he worked with lead technology sector clients such as Lucent Technology, Kaiser Permanente, Broadwing, AT&T, and Cisco Systems, amongst others. As a result of this expertise, he is also involved with designing enterprise business processes and deploying enabling technology for optimizing the Spice Energy Group’s operations. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration from Boston University.
