Mr. P Srinivasan is the Chief Operating Officer at Spice Power, a subsidiary of Spice Energy Pvt. Ltd. As the COO, his job profile entails ensuring that the Spice Power business ventures & projects are conceived, developed, implemented and operated as profitable units. He is further responsible for all the technical, commercial and general management aspects of all the ventures and projects from concept to operation.

Mr. Srinivasan is a deadline oriented professional with a drive to perform with the highest standards of leadership and team handling. He has been extremely efficient at defining business, technical and commercial objectives for the projects he has worked on. Mr. Srinivasan is experienced in handling real time as well as virtual projects successfully. With strong analytical skills and visionary power to aid an aggressive working methodology, Mr. Srinivasan is well-versed with the  general management functions as well as specific project responsibilities. He also has a strong grasp of operation and maintenance functions of the power plants.

Mr. Srinivasan started his career in the power industry with one of the biggest public sector units in India – NTPC. He then held numerous senior level positions in Essar Projects Ltd., General Electric and Reliance Energy Limited before joining Spice Energy. During his tenure with General Electric (GE), he has worked on number of international assignments on large complex projects.

Mr. Srinivasan holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from REC Dungarpur. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate program in ‘Knowledge Management in Project Management’ from BITS Pilani. Mr. Srinivasan is also a certified Green Belt in Six Sigma.
